Our services — Personal Tax Advice

Personal tax advice for non UK nationals

We specialise in helping non UK nationals with their UK tax affairs

We are a firm of UK Chartered Accountants, Tax Advisers and Auditors that specialise in helping non-UK nationals with their UK tax. This has always been one of our core services.

We help non UK nationals with their UK tax affairs

We help non UK nationals to manage their UK (and their international) tax obligations. We were voted “Best UK Adviser to Overseas Entrepreneurs” because of our expertise in this area.

Our strength is our knowledge of international tax, applied to the UK

We believe that we are particularly suited to international tax because we understand the UK tax complications of having lives that span different countries and we deal with international tax matters on a daily basis. We also have a good knowledge of many other countries’ tax laws.

Residency and domicile

We help our clients to structure their tax affairs, or living arrangements, in a way that minimizes their tax.

Double taxation

We understand double taxation treaties and can help structure your tax affairs so that your tax is minimized and is only paid in one jurisdiction.

Tax over-payments

We often find that non-UK nationals living in the UK have overpaid their UK tax, which we can help to recover.

Overseas properties and rental income

Many of our clients have overseas and UK property income. We know how to treat this, both in the UK and abroad. We can also advise our clients on how to minimize stamp duty and other tax associated with purchasing UK properties.

English may not be your first language

If English isn’t your first language, we often have a staff member available that can discuss matters with you in your language.

You may not know the UK rules

We don’t assume that you understand the UK’s rules and regulations.

Our approach to risk

We do not like risk and we do not get involved in tax avoidance schemes or other grey areas. This is an advantage for our clients, because it reduces the risk that they are investigated.

“We are committed to helping non-UK companies and individuals set-up and expand their activities in the UK, Ireland and the rest of Europe.”
